It is oil on canvas by the artist Ira Englefield (b.1912).
These items came from an auction house - a selection of her works possibly unfinished. It does have some fold marks in the bottom right hand corner - see photo.
They are unframed and just the painting in its original state.
The frameable area is approximately 12" x 14" - portrait layout.
