Thank you for shopping at Vintage at Edgehill. We specialise in vintage and pre-owned items, and we want you to be happy with your purchase.
Returns
You have 28 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be returned in the same condition as received.

The item must not be damaged, altered, or used beyond reasonable inspection.

You must provide proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation).
Important:
As our products are vintage and pre-owned, they may show signs of wear. Any significant flaws or imperfections will be clearly described and/or shown in product photos. These characteristics are not considered faults.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Items returned after the 28-day period
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

We will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed.
Return Shipping

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Exchanges
Due to the unique nature of vintage items, exchanges are not always possible. If you would like an exchange, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
