As we sell vintage and one-of-a-kind items, each order is carefully packed to ensure it arrives safely.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed slightly. We will notify you if there is a significant delay.


UK Shipping

We ship across the United Kingdom using our trusted carrier Royal Mail.

    International Shipping

    We offer international shipping to selected countries.

    • Delivery times vary depending on destination (typically 5–15 business days).

    • Customers are responsible for any custom duties,taxes or import fees outside of the 10% tariff that may apply.

    Please note that delays may occur due to customs processing.


    Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

    Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.


    Lost or Delayed Items

    If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us.

    We are not responsible for delays caused by:

    • Postal service disruptions

    • Customs delays

    • Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout

    Incorrect Addresses

    Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

    We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


    Damaged Items

    If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

    We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
