This is a Midwinter Stonehenge teapot in the "Spring" pattern, featuring blue flowers and a butterfly on a speckled, white-colored background with brown flecks.
Designed by Eve Midwinter, this chunky, earthy stoneware teapot was produced by W.R. Midwinter Ltd in England, particularly popular during the 1970s. It has a robust construction, often described as chip-resistant, and typical oxide rim detailing.
It is unfortunately without a lid and is an ideal replacement or makes a lovely flower vase.
It is in excellent condition.
It measures 6" tall x 8" wide x 5.5" deep.
